HR Access offers a wide range of training services to accompany and support HR departments transformation projects.

In order to optimise training investment and to ensure the transfer of skills for the deployed customer solution, training is available either as an 'off-the-shelf' or 'customised' service option. These courses can be adapted to specific user profiles, geographic locations, time and budgetary constraints.

HR Access also conducts a complete program of publisher training aimed specifically at partners and consultants.  This training validates the skills acquired through a certification program.
 
Training services are provided by experienced professional trainers, all of whom have had roles within the organisation including project managers, business and technical experts.

Training can be delivered at the customer site or in dedicated HR Access training centres.
