Our partnership with iProgress enables us to offer a wide range of training courses in areas such as office automation, project management and human resources, an integral part of the HRa Suite application training processes.

As a result HR departments using our application can offer employees dedicated e-Learning courses at the click of a button. Once employees have registered, they have access to personalised tests and programmes with an interactive, email-based tutorial system.

Business Objects

The partnership with Business Objects allows HR Access to offer clients access to operational and strategic Human Resources information via one of the most comprehensive solutions in the market for reporting, queries and analysis. We’ve incorporated the Xcelsius solution from Business Objects into HRa Suite, providing users with access to a library of indicators that can be used to provide operational HR information directly to all key company personnel.

HRa Suite also offers strategic HR information via the Business Intelligence platform, BusinessObjects XI, and the multi-dimensional WebIntelligence analysis module. The solution offers efficient strategic management through reports, pre-defined and calculated performance indicators and pre-configured scorecards.

Holy-Dis

The partnership with Holy-Dis allows HR Access to round out its time and activity management offering with a work scheduling software to solve companies legal, social and economic issues. One of the objectives is to marshall human resources to match the enterprise's activities and versatilities.

Combined with HR Access, Holy-Dis product enables to :

- calculate the forecast work load,

- control requirements, both group (legislation, company-wide agreements, business activities constraints…) and individual, and their impact on scheduling

- optimize the use of resources by avoiding excessive or insufficient personnel and best covering the work load (overstaffing, understaffing)

- simulate organizational changes

This partnership with Holy-Dis reinforces HR Access’ HRa Suite 7 solution, which offers comprehensive facilities for Time and Activity Management in the service of company performance.
