The partnership with Business Objects allows HR Access to offer clients access to operational and strategic Human Resources information via one of the most comprehensive solutions in the market for reporting, queries and analysis. We’ve incorporated the Xcelsius solution from Business Objects into HRa Suite, providing users with access to a library of indicators that can be used to provide operational HR information directly to all key company personnel.
HRa Suite also offers strategic HR information via the Business Intelligence platform, BusinessObjects XI, and the multi-dimensional WebIntelligence analysis module. The solution offers efficient strategic management through reports, pre-defined and calculated performance indicators and pre-configured scorecards.

The partnership with Holy-Dis allows HR Access to round out its time and activity management offering with a work scheduling software to solve companies legal, social and economic issues. One of the objectives is to marshall human resources to match the enterprise's activities and versatilities.
Combined with HR Access, Holy-Dis product enables to :
- calculate the forecast work load,
